Generally our 2 Days Cappadocia Tour from Istanbul is good enough to explore this area of Turkey but some of our clients want to spare more time to gloat over Cappadocia. Same as other Turkey itineraries, you can definitely combine this tour with other short or long tours of Turkey to make the most of your time in this fascinating country of contrasts. If you don’t like to wake up early in the morning, then we can arrange a noon or afternoon flight to Cappadocia but you may not do any activity as you would reach to Cappadocia around sunset.

Note: Our tours in Cappadocia Turkey require quite a bit walking on rocky or slippery terrains so comfortable walking shoes or sandals are highly recommended however you have the option sit out these walks if you are not capable.

Cappadocia Tour  from Istanbul 3 Days Itinerary

1st Day-Flight to Cappadocia 

Pick up from your hotel at afternoon and transfer to airport.  Our driver will drop you off at the entrance of the terminal as parking is not allowed in the area. You can continue and pass through the security point and following this procedure make your check-in for your flight. Until boarding the plane, you will have to pass through 2 or 3 layers of security. During this 1h20 minutes flight you will be treated a complimentary breakfast box and beverages. Upon arrival in Cappadocia, our local team will meet you in the airport on your name and transfer to the region. To get acquainted with the environment, you can prefer to have a hiking a nearby valley, rent an Quad Atv Bike or even a horseback riding would be a nice option. Overnight in Cappadocia.

2nd Day- Tour of North Cappadocia

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for the 1st day excursion at 09h30 with our guide in small group and visit Devrent Valley, Monks Valley, Avanos (Vanessa), Pottery Workshop for enjoying demonstrations by a master on a Hittite style kick wheel. Lunch will served in a local Turkish Restaurant. Our next stop will be legendary official Goreme Open Air Musem. We will finish the day by sipping our tea overlooking the fabulous panorama of Goreme from a hilltop. Return to our hotels. Evening free at your own pace and mingle with locals and other international tourists in Goreme and have your own dinner to savour some more delicious Turkish food. Overnight in Goreme

3th Day-Tour of South Cappadocia-Balloon Tour in Cappadocia

Rise and shine after sleeping like a baby in an original cave room of your hotel(Regular stone rooms are also available on application for those having claustrophobia). To make the most of your stay, every morning bright and early hot air balloons are flying over Cappadocia. You can take part in an optional Hot Air Balloon Tour in Cappadocia that enables you to admire land forms and mushroom shaped chimneys of Cappadocia with stunning panorama of the Goreme, Uchisar, Avanos and surrounding area with bird’s eye view. We will stay more or less one hour in the air depending on the weather conditions. Return transfer will be around 07h30-08h00 back to our hotel depending on the seasonal time change of sunrise. You will have enough time to have a quick shower and breakfast. You can pack up your luggages and leave them in the reception. Departure from the hotel and start our day trip with a 3 km hiking in red valley. You would leave no stone unturned on this journey through Cappadocia. During this slow hiking you will have a chance to see many hidden cave dwellings and natural formations while ending up our trail in Cavusin Village where you can picture the oldest church in the region dedicated to St.John. Lunch in a local restaurant and continue paying a visit to underground city of Kaymakli which is considered as the architectural masterpieces of Hittite people dug in the ground almost 3000 years ago. These Groundscapers were the ideal residential areas to the contrary of today’s world skyscrapers. We will see their ventilation shafts, round stone doors for protection from enemy attacks, winery and much more. Photo and Tea break in panoramic point over pigeon valley. Return back to our hotels and transfer to airport to board the flight back to Istanbul. End of our services.
