Frequently Asked & Question

You can simply send us an enquiry form with your contact details. Our sales will be in touch with you to confirm your dates and hotel preference. Once you are all set, we will be sharing the secure payment link to receive the 20-30% advance payment. Remainder balance to be paid 1-2 day prior to your departure either by credit card or cash.

Our payment system accept Visa or Mastercard only. We also accept bank transfer but banks apply additional transaction fees which increase the expenses.

We try to charge deposit as little as we can to make the clients feel more confident and take the risk of major expenses on our side such as domestic flight bookings and upfront payment of some hotels we book however that exceed this minimum advance charge. In case of cancellation, there is no refund due to nature of this bookings.

All of our daily tours are operated in small groups up to 14-15 persons maximum and our minibuses are all the latest models.

Yes, definitely. The balloons are the most popular activity in Turkey and they sell out days (sometimes weeks) in advance. We recommend adding it when you book this tour. If the flight gets cancelled due to bad weather (which happens sometimes), you will get a full refund for the balloon portion.

Cappadocia is very outdoorsy, so leave the heels at home and bring comfortable sneakers or walking shoes. In Summer: It gets hot, so bring sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen. In Winter: It can get very cold and snowy. Bring a warm coat, gloves, and boots. For the Balloon: Even in summer, it’s chilly up in the air at 5 AM, so bring a light jacket.

True cave rooms don't have windows in the back, which keeps them cool and dark. If you are worried about feeling closed in, just tell us when you book. We can arrange a "stone room" or an "arch room" for you—these are built above ground with regular windows but still have that authentic stone look.

The flight includes 15kg of checked luggage and 8kg of hand luggage. Since this is just a 2-day trip, we recommend leaving your big suitcases at your hotel in Istanbul (most hotels will store them for free) and just bringing a smaller overnight bag. If you need to bring everything, that's fine too—you can pay for extra weight at the airport if needed.
